Architecture that feels calm, grounded and lived in.

Villa R is imagined as a layered residential environment where the exterior architecture, pool edge and planting work together as one composition. The design language uses warm stone, deep shadow lines and controlled lighting to create an atmosphere that feels refined without becoming cold.

The pool becomes the visual anchor, reflecting the architecture at dusk and drawing the living spaces outward. Terraces, planted pockets and shaded lounge zones support daily use while keeping the overall experience quiet and composed.
